What score do I need to get on the ATI TEAS exam?

You will need to contact the school(s) where you plan to apply. Each school sets its cut-score for the TEAS based on its admissions requirements. Most schools will provide their cut-score to students applying.

ATI uses categories called Academic Preparedness Levels.  Most likely your school will want you falling into the proficient and above preparedness levels.
