Individuals must present a valid (not expired), approved form of government-issued photo ID prior to the start of the TEAS exam - including remote (at-home) exams and in-person exams.
Please Note - All forms of ID must be the original, physical document. We will not accept photocopies or a photo of an ID on a mobile device.
You will need to have a physical copy of your government-issued ID present and available at the time of testing (including remote and in-person testing). Please note that we cannot accept a digital copy or a photo of your ID, and the name on your ID must match the name you used when you registered for your exam.
If these conditions are not met, <ATI/Proctors> will stop your exam and trigger our no refund/retest policy, which can be viewed here.
Approved Forms of Government-Issued Photo ID:
- Driver's License (Issued within U.S. including U.S. Territories)
- Non-Driver Photo ID (Issued within U.S. including U.S. Territories)
- U.S. Passport
- U.S. Passport Card
- Foreign Passport
- U.S. Military ID Card
- U.S. Military Dependent's ID Card
- Tribal Card
