What do I do if I sent the wrong ATI TEAS transcript?

You will need to send your transcript again.

ATI has a no refund or reschedule policy.  Once a purchase is made, it is final.  If you sent the wrong transcript, you may purchase additional transcripts by logging into your student account and selecting SEND TRANSCRIPT under TEAS ACTIVITY or by selecting the MY RESULTS tab and clicking SEND TRANSCRIPT below your scored proctored TEAS exam results.
