One free transcript is included with your ATI TEAS exam registration. TEAS scores are valid for two years. Depending on your testing method, transcripts can be submitted in the following way:
In-Person at an Institution or Remote (at-home) TEAS Exams proctored by an Institution Transcript Submission.
When you take the TEAS exam at an institution—in-person or online with remote proctoring—your transcript will be automatically sent to that school within 48 hours. No further action is needed, and you cannot designate an alternate school for this submission. To apply to additional schools, you must purchase extra transcripts or transcript credits. Visit the ATI Store to learn more about additional transcripts.
TEAS at ATI (remote/at-home) or TEAS at PSI Exam Transcript Submission.
When you take the TEAS exam through ATI or PSI, you receive one complimentary transcript included with your registration. This official transcript can be sent to your chosen school after completing your exam. Transcripts are posted to institutions within 48 hours after submission.
To submit, log into your student account at www.atitesting.com/login, select SEND TRANSCRIPT under TEAS ACTIVITY.
You can also click SEND TRANSCRIPT from the RESULTS tab below your scored exam results. You must purchase extra transcripts or transcript credits to apply to additional schools.
Here is an example of how to send it via your ATI Student Account under the RESULTS tab.
TEAS Transcript Credits
Additional TEAS transcripts, or “Transcript Credits,” can be purchased for $27 each. To send your official TEAS Transcript to multiple schools, you must buy additional credits, with one credit equating to one submission. Credits do not expire and can be used after completing your proctored TEAS Exam. If you’ve taken multiple TEAS exams, you can select which results to share. TEAS results are valid for 2 years.
Manage your credits by logging into your student account at www.atitesting.com/login and clicking the RESULTS tab, where each scored exam will have a SEND TRANSCRIPT link.
Important Note: Please make sure you have checked with the institution(s) in which you are applying to make sure they will accept transcripts for TEAS exams taken at institutions other than where you tested prior to sending your official transcript. Some schools will not accept transcripts for TEAS exams taken outside of their school or from remote (at-home) exams.
