Why does my iPad ask for a password when I try to access my test?
If you try to access Respondus directly from the App store, it will ask you for a password. After installing, please go back to ATItesting.com and access your test from there.
- Quick Fix
- iPad is asking for a Password - To unlock your iPad you will need to reset your device.
- If your iPad does not have a Home Button:
- Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button
- Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button
- Press and hold the top button
- When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.
- If your iPad has a Home Button
- Press and hold the power button and the home button at the same time
- When you see the Apple logo appear, release the buttons
- NOTE: If these steps do not resolve, please contact Apple Support
- If your iPad does not have a Home Button:
- After your iPad is unlocked:
- Log back into your ATI account
- Access your assessment
- On the Respondus Required page select Start Test
- iPad is asking for a Password - To unlock your iPad you will need to reset your device.
