Issues with logging in or locked accounts can typically be fixed by resetting your password.
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to log in or access your account.

- “Batch Closed” error
- Be sure to add the entire code including any letters attached to it.
- “Product ID doesn’t belong to the institution on file”
- The school listed on your profile must exactly match the school providing the code, down to the program type. Please visit your Profile page, then scroll to “Institution Info” to update your school.
- Code said it loaded successfully, but there are no products listed.
- Congratulations, you’re in! Once your school loads the products into this class, they will appear in your page. No other actions need to be taken on the student page.
