Why can't I add ID's or products?

If the system states the batch is closed, the ID being entered may be incorrect

The batch is closed error:

  • Quick Fix:
    • Be sure to add the entire code, including any letters attached to it.

“Product ID doesn’t belong to the institution on file” error:

Quick Fix:
  • The school listed on your profile must match the school providing the code down to the program type. Please visit your Profile page, then scroll to “Institution Info” to update your school.  

The code said it loaded successfully, but there are no products listed:

  • Congratulations, you’re in! Once your school loads the products into this class, they will appear in your page. No other actions need to be taken on the student page.
