What is an error 404 and why am I seeing it?

An error 404 is typically fixed by reloading or refreshing the webpage.

404 error or "not found" error: Indicates the requested page can not be found on the server. 

• Quick fixes:
  • Reload the page:
    • Click the Reload button in your browser.
    • Use keyboard shortcuts: Command+R (Mac) or F5 / Control+F5 (Windows).
  • Restart the browser:
    • Click the 'X' in the upper right corner or use 'Quit' to close the browser and open a new window. 
  • Restart the Device:
    • Restart your device and try again.
