My test is frozen, what do I do?
Remote test is frozen. Remote test is a blank screen.
Quick Fix
Frozen or blank tests can quickly be resolved by exiting the test, and relaunching your browser. Then resume your test. Please note, you will see the prechecks again.
- Please select End Assessment and sign out of your ATI account.
- When selecting End Assessment, you will still be able to resume where you left off in your test.
- Once signed back in, resume your test by going into your My ATI tab, Assessments tab, and then click Continue.
- NOTE: You will have to do the prechecks again.
