How do I see if I am using a VPN?

VPNs are tools that give an extra layer of protection while working online by masking your IP address and location. This can cause issues with how ATI connects to your device.

On Windows

1. Go to Settings by clicking the Start menu and then the Settings icon (gear icon). 
   Navigate to Network & Internet. 
2. Click on VPN. 
3. Any VPN connections you have configured will be listed here. Check their status to see if they are connected. 

On Mac

1. Open System Settings and click on Network.
2. In the left panel, you should see any VPN connections that are configured.
3. If you see a VPN connection listed and it shows “Connected” or “Connecting”, then your Mac is using a VPN.

On iPad

1. Open Settings.
   Tap General.
   Tap VPN & Device Management.
   Tap VPN.
