How do I get my TEAS retake code number?

Several schools provide students an opportunity to retake the ATI TEAS and will provide a TEAS retake code number for that second attempt.

The TEAS retake code number will be provided by the school that will be administering your ATI TEAS Exam.  This usually comes via email by the proctor.  If you have not received your ATI TEAS retake code number, please contact the school that will be administering the exam.
