How do I get my TEAS score report (Individual Performance Profile)?

Your Individual Performance Profile (IPP), also called your score report, is posted to your ATI student account after a proctored ATI TEAS® exam. It shows your total score, your score in each content area, how you compare nationally, your academic preparedness level, and a Topics to Review list of the objectives you missed.

How to view or download your score report

  1. Sign in to your ATI student account and click the Results tab.
  2. Under Proctored Assessments, your TEAS exam is listed with its date, total score, national mean, national percentile rank, and level. Click the exam name to open the full Individual Performance Profile.
  3. To save a PDF, click Download Report at the top of the Results tab (your full student transcript) or on the IPP itself.

What the score report includes

  • Adjusted individual total score and academic preparedness level (Developmental, Basic, Proficient, Advanced, or Exemplary).
  • Scores by content area: Reading, math, science, and English and language usage, each with the national mean and your national percentile rank.
  • Topics to Review: the objectives you missed, which drive your Focused Review.

TEAS at ATI exams only: your score report appears right after you finish and is marked Preliminary for about 4 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) while ATI validates it. You can open your Focused Review and send your transcript during that time; the transcript is delivered once the score is final. What does Preliminary mean?

Frequently asked questions

Is the score report the same as my transcript? No. The score report is your own copy of your results. The transcript is the official record that ATI delivers to schools; TEAS at ATI and TEAS at PSI registrations include one transcript credit that you send yourself. How to submit ATI TEAS transcripts

My exam is not on the Results tab. Make sure you are signed in to the account you tested with. TEAS at PSI scores can take up to 48 hours to post. If you tested at or through your school, the school can turn off score posting; contact your school in that case.

What score do I need? Each school sets its own requirement. What score do I need on the TEAS?
