How do I change the name on my ATI Account?

Please send an email to ATI with documentation for your name change.

To request a name change, please send an email to comments@atitesting.com. In this email please include your ATI Username, the current name on your ATI account, your new name, and documentation of the name change. Documentation can be a photo of your government-issued ID or a copy of your official name change document such as a marriage license, divorce decree, etc.  .  (Please do not send social security cards or numbers.  Please black out important/confidential information)
