An addendum lists corrections made to the ATI TEAS® Study Guide after it was printed. Each entry shows the page number, the original text, the updated text, and the date the change was made.
Do you need it? If you have the printed study guide, check the addendum before you start studying and again before your exam. If you have the eBook, you don’t need it — corrections are made directly in the eBook.
Current addendum: 2026–2027 study guide
As of February 6, 2026, the 2026–2027 addendum contains one correction. Later printings of the book already include it, so if your copy’s page 116 matches the “Updated” graph below, no action is needed.
Page 116 (Math) — axis labels corrected
In the original graph, the vertical axis was labeled x and the horizontal axis was labeled y. The updated graph labels the vertical axis y and the horizontal axis x. The data points, axis titles, and the rest of the problem are unchanged.
