Why does my iPad ask for a password when I try to access my test?

If you try to access Respondus directly from the App store, it will ask you for a password. After installing, please go back to ATItesting.com and access your test from there.

  • Quick Fix
    • iPad is asking for a Password – To unlock your iPad you will need to reset your device.
      • If your iPad does not have a Home Button:
        • Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button
        • Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button
        • Press and hold the top button
        • When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.
      • If your iPad has a Home Button
        • Press and hold the power button and the home button at the same time
        • When you see the Apple logo appear, release the buttons
      • NOTE: If these steps do not resolve, please contact Apple Support
    • After your iPad is unlocked:
      • Log back into your ATI account
      • Access your assessment
      • On the Respondus Required page select Start Test
