An error 3154 can be fixed by allowing cookies. Or if you’re taking a remote proctored test using Proctorio, adjusting the settings in Chrome.
“You are not authorized” or “Login Required” when accessing ATI Products.
- Quick Fixes:
- Windows PC In Chrome;
- In the upper right corner click the button with 3 dots
- Find the option “Settings” and click on it.
- In the search bar at the top of the screen, type Cookies.
- Click Third-Party Cookies or Tracking Protection
- Scroll down until you see “Sites allowed to use third-party cookies”, click the “Add” button
- Safari on MAC:
- Click Safari on the top right of your browser
- Preferences
- Privacy
- Uncheck the box for “Prevent cross-site tracking.”
- Once this is done, log out of ATI and log back in
- Chrome on MAC:
- Click the 3 small dots in the upper right corner or the browser
- Settings
- Privacy & Security
- Third Party Cookies
- Click the bubble next to “Allow all cookies”.
- Once this is done, log out of ATI and log back in
- IPAD:
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down and tap “Safari.”
- Turn off Block All Cookies by sliding the button to the right, turning it grey
- Uncheck the box for “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”
- Force Quit App
- iPhone:
- Open the Settings App
- Click Safari
- Privacy & Security
- Uncheck the box for “Prevent cross-site tracking.”
- Force Quit App
- How to Force quite Safari on iPad and iPhone:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the device
- If your device has a home button, double press that instead
- This will bring up a carousel of all the open windows on your device.
- Swipe up the app you want to close. It will disappear from carousel.
- Reopen the app
- Remote proctoring with Proctorio:
- Three dots > Settings > Privacy and Security > Third Party Cookies > “Add” under the Customized Behaviors enter getproctorio.com
