ATI TEAS Overview
The ATI TEAS Version 7 is designed to see how prepared you are academically for nursing or allied health programs. It has 150 scored questions and 20 unscored ones (used for future tests), but you won’t know which is which, so treat every question like it counts. Each question is marked right or wrong — no partial credit — but don’t stress, there’s no penalty for guessing!
You’ll have a total of 209 minutes to complete the test, with each section timed separately, so managing your time well is super important.
The test covers four main areas: reading, math, science, and English language usage. Here’s a quick breakdown of the number of questions in each section:
• Reading: 45 questions
• Math: 38 questions
• Science: 50 questions
• English Language Usage: 37 questions
For more details, check out Table 1, which lists each content area, its subcategories, and the number of questions in each.
