What is an error 440 or 422 and why am I seeing it?

440 or 422 error – are typically fixed by forcing your time and date to sync on your device.

440 or 422 error: This error can occur when attempting to open products. 

On PC:

  • Click on Time & Language.
  • Click on Date & time.
  • Under the “Synchronize your clock” section, click the Sync now button.
  • Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location”
  • Quick tip: If the process fails, wait a few seconds, and try again.

On Mac:

  • Select Apple Menu
  • System Settings,
  • Click General in the sidebar
  • Click Date & Time on the right (You may need to scroll down.)
  • Turn on “Set time and date automatically,”
  • click Set
  • Enter a network time server for your region.
  • Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location
