440 or 422 error – are typically fixed by forcing your time and date to sync on your device.
440 or 422 error: This error can occur when attempting to open products.
On PC:
- Click on Time & Language.
- Click on Date & time.
- Under the “Synchronize your clock” section, click the Sync now button.
- Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location”
- Quick tip: If the process fails, wait a few seconds, and try again.
On Mac:
- Select Apple Menu
- System Settings,
- Click General in the sidebar
- Click Date & Time on the right (You may need to scroll down.)
- Turn on “Set time and date automatically,”
- click Set
- Enter a network time server for your region.
- Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location
